Strategies • Community based approach • Strengthen capacities of community based organisations • MSM and TG specific IEC materials • Promote consistent condom usage. • Health services should focus on same sex behaviour rather than identities. • Setting up of safe spaces • In house clinical services • Community based care and support services • Advocacy and sensitization with stake holders on sexual health and sexuality issues
