For brokers looking to participate, please review our Broker Policy below. Every Broker and their customers must fill out Akel Homes’ Broker Registration Agreement during the customer’s initial visit. Upon the customer entering into a Purchase Agreement with the Akel Homes or an affiliate company, the Broker must enter into the Broker Participation Agreement. Note that broker incentives vary by community. The Broker Policy and Broker Registration Agreement are subject to change. BROKER REGISTRATION Each community requires its own separate client/broker registration. If a customer visits a community without their broker representative, no brokers will be paid for a period of 1-Year from the last visit. 3{221e674675b26660521b418c59291425db5870613544a84618f80f6f8911d11d} COMMISSION Brokers are paid 3{221e674675b26660521b418c59291425db5870613544a84618f80f6f8911d11d} on the net purchase price of the home. (Base prices plus any lot premiums less any discounts). This does not include any options. 48 HOUR GRACE PERIOD If your client visits our sales office without you, we will give you a 48 hour grace period to come in and register them. We do require that during your customer’s first visit, they provide us with your name and phone number. COMMISSION ON MLS Some of our homes are listed on the MLS. If so, regardless of client history, you will always be paid on a

  2. home listed on the MLS. 90 DAY PROTECTION Your commission is protected for 90 days from the time you register your client. You will be paid as long as the customer purchases within the next 90 days.
