  3. PANEL OVERVIEW • 109 Active Attorneys • I have assigned 107 cases since 1/1/13 (27 post conviction so not necessarily in the normal rotation) • You can expect to be called around 6 times per year. • Out of District Members

  5. DETENTION LOCATIONS • Dever, Britt, Webb & Gates – Franklin & Harnett Counties, with a few in Raleigh • Howard – Pitt County, with a few in Albemarle • Boyle – Edgecombe & Albemarle • Flanagan – Pitt & Pamlico Counties, with a few in Craven • Fox – New Hanover & Brunswick Counties
