  2. 建设过程 • 12月初开始，通过在校工作的同学收集已有的班级通讯录； • 按照是否在校工作—是否在上海（闵行）工作且信息较全的顺序，初定班级（年级、专业）联络人； • 网上公布初定的联络人信息，征集更多的联络人，不断更新联络人信息； • 在12月下旬校长办公会决定改为官方举办后，由各院系的校友工作者逐一落实联络人。

  3. 联络人的任务 • 尽快与尽可能多的同学联系，介绍活动计划； • 按照规定格式及时更新各班通讯录； • 了解同学参加活动的意愿，2月底第一次反馈参加活动的人数，3月15日前确定参加人数、通信录定稿； • 信息反馈路径——各学院的校友接待老师，详见《邀请函》。
