Communicate • Identify and communicate topics of interest, concerns or challenges, and work with appropriate parties to achieve resolution. • Support • Support Career Service Employees by working with them to provide information on resources that can assist them with their academic, economic, and professional goals. • Engage • Bring forward initiatives that will strengthen career service employee engagement and professional competence. • Collaborate • Create networking opportunities for career service employees to improve collaboration, recognition, and morale across departments and divisions. We are excited and optimistic about the change and growth happening at the College, and in doing so with one voice, we can establish our role in supporting those changes. • Change is inevitable. By getting involved, sharing our ideas and feedback, and communicating our challenges, we can make sure that career service employees are supported as we continue to support the College. CSEC Vision
