INGREDIENTS Pork, wine, corianders seeds, bay leaves, olive oil, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
PROCESSING 1 °.Put the pork in a bowl of wine, coriander seeds and bay leaves. Let marinate for at least 1 hour. 2.º Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Drain the meat and save marinade for later. Brown the pork on all sides until nicely browned, but not quite done. 4 °.Simmer over low heat 40 minutes or until meat is tender. If necessary add ½ cup of water to thin the sauce. Serve with a salad and rice pilaf. 3 °.Pour the marinade over the meat stored, then add the cinnamon, salt and pepper.
