Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Start Before Logon NAVSUP BSC Desktop Support Presented by:
To activate the NAVSUP VPN Connect button you must press the “Switch User” button
Network Logon button After pressing the “Switch User” button you will notice a “Network Connect” Icon in the lower right of the screen; Press it to begin the NAVSUP VPN Logon process.
After pressing the “Network logon” button the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client will launch. Validate https://aries.navsisa.navy.mil/ssl-cac-users is in the connection box and press the “Connect” button.
The Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client will now attempt to connect to the NAVSUP BSC network
The Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client will check for product and policy updates from the server.
If you experience a certificate revocation error during the connection process validate the certificate is from aries.navsisa.navy.mil by selecting the “View Certificate” button.
Validate Certificate issued to aries.navsisa.navy.mil After validate of certificate press “OK” button to continue the connection process.
Connection Successfully established; validated by the “Disconnect” button. After a connection has been established, validated by the “Disconnect” button, select the “Smart card logon” tile.
Enter your PIN for your CAC and either press enter, or the “Right Arrow” button.
