  2. 如何提高社会科学研究的国际影响力 • 2011年9月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅转发《教育部关于深入推进高等学校哲学社会科学繁荣发展的意见》,明确提出实施高等学校哲学社会科学“走出去”计划,主要目标涵盖了国际学术对话能力和话语权显著增强,中国学术海外影响明显扩大等要求。 • 2011年10月,党的十七届六中全会《决定》把繁荣发展哲学社会科学作为推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、建设社会主义文化强国的一项重要内容。同时,明确提出实施哲学社会科学创新工程,着力推出代表国家水准、具有世界影响、经得起实践和历史检验的优秀成果,推动中华文化走向世界。 • 2011年11月,教育部、财政部印发《高等学校哲学社会科学繁荣计划(2011-2020年)》 • 2012年04月,全国高校哲学社会科学“走出去”工作会议在广州召开
