Existing Wetland Conditions • Wetlands occur throughout the site and are mainly forested with high degrees of exotic coverage. • Approximately 89 percent of the existing wetlands are low to moderate quality. • Wetland habitats on-site have been disturbed by adjacent drainage improvements to the south and road construction to the east. • Photographic images were taken on-site and are representative of the majority of wetland habitat on the property.
