2. Causes & Problems • ①Increased caregiving burden -1.4 of working population has to support 1elderly person • ②Major factor of slow economic growth
3. Solutions • ①Increase childbirth rate -increase the amount of childbirth grant & maternity leave and pay (Health/Welfare/Employment) childcare/woman/family
②Encouraging elderly employment -retirement age: ~65 years (↑An image promoting a government-led elderly employment program in South Korea )
