  10. Ace and Capitol Corridor • Heavy Rail will transport fans from: • Central Valley (Sacramento / Stockton / Tracy) • East Bay (Berkeley / Oakland / Fremont). • Drop off at the Great America Station located on Stars and Stripes, adjacent to the stadium.

NEIGHBORHOOD PROTECTION Neighborhood Protection Detail Traffic Management Plan (TMOP) • Avoid intrusions into residential neighborhoods • As reducing noise, air quality, and traffic impacts to the surrounding residential neighborhoods is of utmost importance, the potential for intrusion of traffic and pedestrians into residential areas shall be examined. As noted in the Transportation Management Plan for a New San Francisco 49ers Stadium in Santa Clara, CA (AECOM, 2009), to prohibit Stadium patrons from intruding on residential areas, such as the Adobe Wells Mobile Home Park, Agnews and the Rivermark neighborhoods, Stadium access as well as Stadium parking in those neighborhoods will be restricted on the following roadways:
