TYPICAL BRIDE’S COSTUME • SHE HAS TO WEAR SOMETHING BLUE. • THE GROOM CAN’T SEE HER DRESS BEFORE THE WEDDING. • SHE HAS TO WEAR SOMETHING BORROWED.
WEDDING RINGS • THEY MUST BE GOLD RINGS. • THEY ARE CARRIED BY MAIDS OF HONOR SETTED IN A CUSHION.
MAIDS OF HONOR • THEY ARE ALWAYS CHILDREN OF THE BRIDE AND GOOM’S FAMILY.
RELIGIOUS CEREMONY • THE GROOM MUST ARRIVE TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE THE BRIDE. • THE BRIDE MUST ARRIVE FIVE MINUTES LATER. • THE GODMOTHER USED TO BE THE GROOM’S MOTHER OR SISTER. • THE GODFATHER USED TO BE THE BRIDE’S FATHER OR BROTHER.
