  2. Today’s Goal: Review what youhave learned in Literature by analyzing and discussingLit Test #3: Folk Lore Unit. Outcomes: Define these lit terms: folk lore, myth, fable, legend, folk tale, oral traditions, hyperbole, idiom, generalization, theme, character traits, foreshadowing, Greek chorus, cause-and-effect, moral, and mood. Define and identify these terms: Oracle, metamorphosis, fate, demigod, foreboding. Apply their knowledge by identifying examples of the above terms in a given text. Define these power verbs: Analyze, evaluate, summarize, identify, explain, examine. Analyze portions of folk lore by correctly answering multi-leveled questions.
