Masterplanning and design for 85 houses at New Road, Ditton for Asprey Homes. The site was subsequently sold to Taylor Woodrow. Refurbishment of the existing house to create 4 flats and 5 new dwellings within a garden, infilled around Tree Preservation Orders. Total refurbishment and extension of an existing 3 bedroom house. The works included a two- storey side extension, a single storey rear extension, and a loft conversion to create additional and reconfigured accommodation. A project for St James Homes on the former Thames Water Manor Farm sewage treatment works.
