Bottle Filling Line Nichrome offers a bottle filling line for liquids which is an efficient integrated system for bottle filling and packaging that includes an automatic liquid filling machine, induction sealer, turntable, UV sterilisation chamber, labelling machine, cap feeding elevator, rotary capping machine, date & batch coding system, and packing table. The possible SKUs can vary from 100ml to 20 litres. The applications of this system include a wide range of food & beverage liquids and also non-food liquids such as handwash, liquid detergent, perfumes, oil, shampoo, machine oil, varnish etc.

  4. Tin/Bottle Filling Line Nichrome has a rugged tin filling line in its repertoire that is designed for accurate and efficient performance. The line - controlled by PLCs - has a digital touch screen that displays settings and comes with safety enclosures with interlocks for rotary parts. Nichrome’s machines can pack a wide range of food and non-food products in tin or composite tin containers by just changing the filler.
