Clinics • With Admin level access rights, from the Enlighten Menu you will have the option to manage further subjects. • Click on ‘Clinic’s. • If you have multiple Clinics within the building, then each Clinical system will be appear here. • Underneath your correct Clinic, click on ‘Clinicians’.
Editing Clinician Details • This populates from your clinical system a list of your GP’s/Consultants/Nurses. • Click on ‘Edit’. • Clinician ID – ID set up in Clinical system • Clinician Name – Name set up in Clinical system • Call Alias – This is how the Clinician Name will appear when calling to PCD (Patient Call Display) • Check-in Message – All patient for this Clinician will see this message when used the Self Check-in. • If you click on ‘More Options’ you have further options. • Use Call Alias for Patient Calling Display – tick this box to the Call Alias set up for that Clinician. • Block Check-in for this Clinician – tick this box to block ALL patients (for the current day) for this Clinician, this ask them to report to reception. • Display Average Waiting Time – By default this automatically ticked to display average waiting time on your PCD, un-tick the box to disable this. • Display No. Of Patients Waiting – By default this is automatically ticked to display No. of Patients Waiting on your PCD, un-tick the box to disable this. • Click on ‘Save’.
Demographics • From the Enlighten Menu click on ‘Clinic’s’ and select ‘Demographics’. • To help you keep your Patient information up to date, you have the option here to enable certain demographic details for patients to answer after they have used the self check-in system. • If you tick the ‘Enable Demographic Questions’ this will enable all the questions for patients to answer. • However if you would prefer for patients to answer a selection of questions, ‘Enable’ the relevant boxes under the categories. • If you tick the ‘Required’ box the patient will have to respond the questions to complete the self check-in. • Any details the patients answers as incorrect, the appointment will not be confirmed and will be asked to go to reception.
Settings • From the Enlighten Menu click on ‘Clinic’s’ and select ‘Demographics’. • About This Clinic – The information here is configured by our Engineers, this tells you the Clinical System and the Clinic Name that has been created. • Settings for Jayex – This where our Engineers configure Enlighten to your Clinical System. • Value Added – You have the option to enable Average Waiting times and number of Patients Waiting. • It is recommend you tick ‘Display Patient name in Confirmation Screen’, this will display the patients name on the appointment confirmation screen, click ‘save’ when have made changes. • Check-in Rules – You can set (in minutes) how early and how late a patient can check in using the Self Check-in system. Click ‘save’ when you have made changes and re-start the touch screen application. • (See Super Admin Manual to re-start Touch screen application)
Reset Data & Error Logs • ‘Reset Data’ will only be used by our Engineers. If for example you change clinical systems, we would reset the data so you have a blank database. • ‘Error Log’ is used to monitor the services that operate Enlighten, we can then identify any issues.
Reports • From the Enlighten Menu click on ‘Reports’. • Select a report to run from the list. • Select a date range to produce your results on and click ‘View Reports with Above Conditions’. • You have the option to ‘Save’ or ‘Open’ the results in PDF format. • Your results are shown by a graph. The ‘Touch Screen Usage’ report is broken down by the number patients who used the touch screen and the number of patients that were manually marked as arrived. • This will also calculate the average time taken by a person using the touch screen (in seconds).
