    3. 3 HOUSING SITUATION IN ANGOLA OBJECTIVES OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AND URBANISM POLICY Structuring and development of urban system and housing park; Definition of a set of policies and strategies based on urban principles; Articulation of the urbanism and housing policy with policies of territory ordering and social economic development. Policy of rural center and cities requalification and expansion; finance sustainability of the housing promotion policy;

    4. 4 HOUSING SITUATION IN ANGOLA OBJECTIVES OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AND URBANISM POLICY(Continued) Adoption of public political measures that are complimentary in the spheres of: Agrarian; Tax; Customs; Credit; Environment; Price; Supports

    5. 5 SITUAÇĂO DA HABITAÇĂO EM ANGOLA INSTITUTIONAL REFORMS 2004 – Approval of the Urbanism and Territory Ordering Law; 2006 – Approval of the National Housing Policy; 2007 – Approval of the Housing Foment Basis Act; Approved the Tax Exemption or Reduction Decree related to taxes on building material imports; In the ambit of housing credit system, was established the Fund for Housing Foment;
