  3. What is your team’s purpose? How do you know what your purpose is? External influences: heirachy, superstructure Internal influences: vision passion mission As opposed to your ‘task’ MissioDei Joining in with what God is already doing Finding the appropriate level Relating to the other ‘level’s How does your team become fit for purpose? create a new team from scratch? reshape a new team from an old team? nudge an old team to work differently? Growing New Teams

  4. Becoming fit for purpose… Creating a new team from scratch Be sure what your purpose(s) are Membership criteria: Character or skills? Availability [time? Life space? Value synergy? Experience?]Will the people change the purpose? How do you start well? relationships, value defining, etc Re-shaping a new team from an old team Are you sure you know what your purpose(s) are? What do the people most need? Which people do you need most (and least)? e.g. skills, motivation, story-holders, story-changers, emotional intelligence, etc.
