  3. Extrovert • PROS: • Interacts with others • Is open • Acts/does • Is well understood • CONS: • Has less independence • Needs change/variety • Is impulsive.

  5. The independence of introverts could give support to an extrovert struggling with less independence pertaining to getting a job or project done. • The open and interactive qualities that an extrovert might posses might put an introvert at ease and welcome them into a group or discussion.
