  4. Downturn in numbers • In-house training by ambulance services • No funding for courses • Main areas where courses are running: • BASICs England and Scotland • Stadium/mass gathering preparation

  5. Possible solutions Standard PHPLS: 1 day on VLE 1 day F2F Packaged for Ambulance Trusts and HEIs

  6. Specialist courses • Adaptation of existing 2-day model for: • BASICs [Remote medicine] • Mass gatherings • Military setting [CABC]
