  12. Time Scales • Phase 1 Colleges commence July • Phase 2 Colleges commence October Telco’s take typically 60 days from UKERNA order request. UKERNA can’t proceed without receipt of JCUR However Listed buildings, very remote sites, wayleave issues will extend timescale
