  2. ? Today, one in three will develop cancer in the economically more developed countries and it is estimated to be one in two in 20 years from now. The number has increased steadily during the last 50 years. Within the same period, the proportion of cured patients, as estimated by five-year survival, has increased from less than a third to more than two thirds.

  6. Works for many different kinds of cancers as the human’s immune system is destroying the cancer cells. Sure there are severe side effects. It has been estimated that at least 50 % of all cancers may be due to the unavoidable accumulation of spontaneous DNA mutations occurring during normal ageing!(Tomasetti C, Vogelstein B, Parmigiani G. Half or more of the somatic mutations in cancers of self renewing tissues originate prior to tumor initiation. Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2013, 110(6):1999-2004).

  7. There are three different types of skin cancers, melanoma (black skin cancer) is the deadliest. A trigger for all three types is excessive sun bathing. Too many medical X-rays may also trigger various cancers.
