The Green Sheet (continued) • Metrics are combination of publicly available & owner-submitted • Additional metrics include: • More detailed resource usage & supply statistics • Vegetation (Canopy, gardens & green roofs) • Local amenities • Safety • Average commute times • Transparency • Green tenants
