Overview of Session Purpose The purpose of this breakout session is to: • Get input from the assigned HRLT member/process owner Structure The session is designed to do the following • Provide time for the HRLT member/process owner to explain what they expect from the group and provide input into the future state process design. • Review process scope for the group for the week • Reinforce any key messages from the day, e.g., business strategy, Fast Forward • Provide a forum for participants to ask questions of the HRLT member/process owner Layout Five process breakout will be happening concurrently. Facilitators should familiarize themselves with the space available and arrange the room in the way which will maximize participation and discussion, and minimize the possibility of participants not being able to fully contribute.
Overview of Session (continued) Support Materials. In addition to this facilitators guide, each breakout will have the following support materials: • A future state process straw model poster for each process to be reviewed during the breakout • Process design guiding principles • Process assumptions • A report out template pre-loaded onto a laptop to be completed as the discussion happens during the session • Discussion templates for brainstorming • A flip chart board, markers, tape Note: You are responsible for understanding all the straw models and supporting documentation prior to the start of the workshop. It is not anticipated that you will need to use any of the materials above during this particular session on Day 1 except for the flipchart.
