  1. Critical Mass and Change Agents • I was one of the teachers that felt the need for an upgrade within each classroom as far as the Smartboard was concerned. As part of the committee, we figured out a way to “sell” the district on the need of the Smartboard within all classrooms. We felt it to be most beneficial for all classrooms, grade K-12, to receive this upgrade. After attending several board meetings and lots of grant writing, we were able to convince the district to purchase this piece of technology for all classrooms within our district. • Upon returning to our schools on August 12th, each classroom will have this new piece of technology. Training will start immediately within each school by the designated trainers.
