  2. Manufacturer of closed die forged components We supply the products into Automobile, Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Earthmover, Oil & Gas and Several Engineering Sectors. We already developed Diff. types of Connecting Rod, Cam Shaft, Gears, Pinions, Shafts, Long Fork, Short Forks, Flange Yokes, Hammer Unions, Track Links, Gear Shifter Forks, Levers, Heads, Eyes any many more components.

  3. Raw material STOCK YARD • RAW MATERIAL PROCUREMENT. • Raw Material - Carbon and Alloy Steel in form of bars and billets. It is are procured from various steel mills as per national and internal specification. Also we purchase raw material as per our customer approved supplier list.

  4. In-HOUSE LABORATORY • IN-HOUSE LABORATORY FOR RAW MATERAIL INSPECTION • Raw material received are subjected to visual inspection and laboratory test to assure the quality requirement and conformance of chemical, physical, mechanical and metallurgical properties to suit the quality specifications as well as customer specified requirements. Accepted raw material is stored for production purpose and rejection material is returned to supplier and or disposed off otherwise.

  5. Modernized Die Manufacturing facilities • DIE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES • We have all facilities to prepare a die for particular component. To support this manufacturing process we have VMC M/c, Milling M/c, Shaping M/c, Heavy Lathes and EDM. After compellation of die cavity, we are taking cast of plaster taken out from the die-cavities. Then Plaster of Paris is thoroughly checked for all the dimension in drawings and report are filled for reference before releasing the die for production.

  6. Cutting department • RAW MATERIAL CUTTING. • By process of shearing and sawing, Cutting being done as per required size and weights. PLC Controlled Automatic Band Saws, Shearing Machine and Hack Saw machines are role to cut the raw material into cut stocks. The cut stocks are transferred to forge shop as per requirements.

  7. FORGE SHOP • FORGING. • We have three drop belt hammers with capacity as 1 Ton, 1.5 Ton 2 Ton. We have 4 power presses and knuckle joint press for relevant operations. Cut stocks are heated in batches up to specified forging temperature in oil fired heating furnace. Hot pieces (heated up to specified forging temperature) are forged to shapes through drop forging hammers. After forging process trimming and piercing process done as per product requirements. Online inspection carried out during the Production for dimensional & visual purpose.

  8. HEAT treatment shop • HEAT TREATMENT PROCESS. • Forgings are subjected to various heat treatment like normalizing, annealing, Isothermal annealing, quenching, hardening & tempering etc. to achieve required and specified mechanical and metallurgical properties. like Hardness, Micro Structure, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Reduction of Area etc.. etc… Fuel fired continuous PLC Controlled heat treatment furnace operated for heat treatment.

  9. Grinding & Shot Blasting • GRINDING & SHOT BLASTING PROCESS. • Duly heat treated forgings are then put into grinding process after that it will processed in shot blasting machine to remove scales and achieve clean and` uniform surface properties.

  10. NDT Test • NDT TEST & COINING PROCESS • The Shot Blasted forgings are moved to NDT Test to Detect distortion in Component. Sampling & 100 % Inspection done as per the customer requirement. After the NDT Tested forgings are moved for Coining Process if required as per the component requirement.

  11. IN house cnc turning shop • IN HOUSE CNC TURNING SHOP • We are having in house CNC Turning Shop to cater machined component requirement for our valued customer for automotive, tractor and oil & gas segments. We are having 2 CNC Turning Center and 1 CNC Milling Center. • We are supplying machined blanks as per international as well as national standard.

  12. Pre – Dispatch inspection • PRE – DISPATCH INSPECTION • Forged products undergo rigorous visual as well as dimensional inspection, Internal and third party inspection (if required) to ascertain compliance of customer specified requirements. State of the art methods, instruments and equipments are employed for pre-dispatch inspection.

  13. STORAGE & DISPATCH • STORAGE. & DESPATCH, • All Forged products accepted to be assuring the customer specified quality requirements are transferred to specified area where they are oiled, packed and stored according to laid down procedures to protect the products from distortion and damages if any. Duly packed parts are then dispatched to the customer via road, rail, air and sea routes (if required) for ultimate use at their end.
