Our Mission in Tijuana, Mexico.Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere. • Iglesia Presbiteriana El Refugio exists to ignite a Kairos movement, enabling us to fill the cities of Chula Vista, CA and Tijuana, Mexico with the Gospel of Jesus Christ • We want to ensure that the people of these cities are changed in every dimension – Spiritually, socially, and culturally • The church needs to intentionally reach, train, and deploy men and women who will be equipped to deal with the changing ‘face of missions’ in our own backyard
Domestic Mission in Tijuana, Mexico. • The next two years (2008 – 2010) • Establish Mission trips with youth groups in Tijuana, Mexico • Evangelistic Events every two months • Mercy Ministry In The Border (Principal component. All of Tijuana – Current population of approximately 2,500,000 • 20-Year Desired Scenario (DS): 10% of Tijuana region are in gospel-driven churches (250,000 people)

Hispanic Vision needs: • We need to raise $650,000 for a Sixth-year budget to get this project established. Our goal is to have 40% of this money pledged by the time we ignite this project. • Our goal is for the Iglesia Presbiteriana El Refugio in the Border to be completely self-supported at the end of our Sixth year • We welcome regular giving that is spread out over Sixth years, or over shorter periods, as you feel led. One time gifts will be helpful to cover startup expenses.
