This presentation will provide an overview of economic, talent and pay issues confronting organizations, as well as information on 2014 base salary and pay for performance payout trends based on Mercer's research. We will also address trends in the following areas:1. Career path design, including a specific case study of how MasterCard designed a career path for its information technology function2. Performance management, including information on critical drivers of program success based on Mercer research3. Aligning rewards with talent programs, including development of talent and reward strategy road maps, as well as approaches to determining salary increases, annual incentives and long-term incentives to direct pay to high performers/high potentials Presenters Richard Leone, Senior Business Leader, Global Rewards, MasterCard Worldwide Mr. Leone is responsible for Compensation Program Design, with a current focus on designing MasterCard’s Global Career Framework, Job Architecture and other programs. Mr. Leone joined MasterCard in 1998 and has over 15 years of compensation experience. Anna Orgera, Partner, Mercer, New York City Ms. Orgera provides human capital consulting assistance to global and domestic organizations across industries. She has over 20 years of consulting experience and assists organizations in such areas as executive and broader employee compensation reviews, salary program design, job leveling/job evaluation, short-term incentive plan design, long-term incentive plan design, career path development and performance management program design.
