  3. E331 or Sodium citrate • They increase the activity of various antioxidants and additionally exhibit antioxidant. They are mainly used as acidity regulators as or aromatics.

  4. E338 or phosphoric acid • It is used as an acidity regulator and as a chelating or sequestering agent (form complexes with metal ions). Other specific functions include: increased permeability of salt in meat, it can also act as an antioxidant.

  5. E952 or cyclamate • is a non-caloric sweetener. It is considered up to fifty times sweeter than other sweeteners. In the United States its use is prohibited.

  6. E950 orAcesulfame potassium • Has a reputation for having flavor more like that of Sugar, and shows no synergistic effect.

  7. MONSTER HAS: -B2 -B3 -B6 -B12

  18. E955 or sucralose • It is a substance 600 times sweeter than the saccharin and 3.3 times sweeter than Spartan and passes through the body unchanged, without being metabolized and eliminated after consumption.

  19. E950 Acesulfame-k • is a substance 200 times sweeter than sugar. It Has a reputation for having flavor more like than Sugar.

  20. E440 or pectins • Pectin is an stabilizer that regulates the pH.
