  17. ACCIDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE Procedure A driver forfeits their right to an appeal if they fail to appear before the initial accident review committee!

  18. ACCIDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE Procedure No Chargeable Accidents / Consequences Up to 3 non chargeable accidents within 1 fiscal year: • Committee can assign: • Observation • Additional training or • Unit Director’s disposition

ACCIDENT REVIEW COMMITTEE Procedure Chargeable Accidents / Consequences During Fiscal Year 1st Accident – conference with appropriate supervisor. • Committee can assign: • Observation • Additional training or • Unit Director’s disposition 2nd Accident – conference with Coordinator, Bus Driver Training. • Committee can assign: • Additional training or • Unit Director’s disposition 3rd Accident – sent to unit Director.
