13. Who can use Dreamspark? • Students with Official emails • Microsoft student partners associates • What if my school does not provide an email address? If you are still unable to verify via the methods available on the site, you will be able to follow a process to do a manual verification. You will be asked to fill in a form, attach a scanned copy of both your current student identification card and a copy of your current transcript or course list. This form will send a request to our customer support and they will issue an access code to complete your student verification and create and account process.

What is Imagine Cup contest ? • هي مسابقة سنوية تقيمها شركة مايكروسوفت حيث يتم دعوة عدد التقنيين و المتفوقين الشباب لإكتشاف المواهب الشابة لحل عدد من المشاكل المستعصية • تشتمل المسابقة على تصميم البرمجيات, حيث يتم تكوين عدة فرق للمشركين لا يتجاوز عدد المشتركين 4 لكل فريق ، لتقديم حلول لبرمجيات تعالج موضوع معين قيمة الجوائز المالية التي تقدمها مايكروسوفتمجزية

Competitions Fields Examples: • Software Design: The Software Design competition challenges students to use technology to solve what they consider to be the toughest problems facing the world today. Using Microsoft tools and technology, competitors create software applications. Students develop, test, and build their ideas into applications that can change the world. • Embedded Development: The Embedded Development competition allows students to go beyond the desktop to build a complete hardware and software solution that addresses global societal problems. • Game Design: The Game Design Competition challenges students to create a new game that illustrates the Imagine Cup theme. • Digital Media: In the Digital Media competition, teams create web video submissions that address the Imagine Cup theme.

Microsoft Student Partners • Is a worldwide educational program to sponsor students majoring in disciplines related to technology • The MSP program enhances students' employability by offering training in skills not usually taught in academia, including knowledge of Microsoft technologies. • If accepted, Student Partners are assumed to further share the knowledge among the academic community by, for example, arranging courses, giving presentations and initiating projects

Microsoft offers compensation to the members of the Student Partners program through salaries (in some countries only) and software and hardware packages which are distributed to them for testing and promotional purposes. • Student Partners are given access to the latest Microsoft software, development tools, reference material, industry events, and training opportunities. MSPs are assumed to further share the knowledge among the academic community by arranging courses; giving presentations and lectures; and initiating projects among the students. MSPs are also used to promote incentives, for example, the Microsoft Imagine cup.Some Student Partners (based on a selection criteria) are provided internships and job opportunities at few Microsoft Divisions through the program.
