The Usefulness of PTT • Promotes institutional accountability in the execution of planned programmes at all levels. • Enhances management supervision and control over planned policies and programmes. • Enhances identification of exact problems limiting implementation of programmes. • Ensures regular reporting on progress made in programme implementation. • Provides opportunity for timely response to problems stalling programme implementation.
Intended Users of PTT • Ministries, Depts. & Agencies (Central and Local) • Local Councils • Donors • NGOs
The Design of the PTT • The PTT is flexible. • It can be designed to fit the context it is meant for use.
