  1. Pineapple upside down pudding Ingredients: 50g Self Raising Flour 50g Margarine 50g Caster Sugar 1 level tsp baking powder 1 egg Pineapple rings Glace cherries Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Grease and line tin with greaseproof paper. Grease the paper. 3. Arrange the pineapple rings and cherries at the bottom of the cake tin. 4. Put all the cake ingredients into the mixing bowl. Beat the ingredients together with an electric whisk until the texture is smooth and creamy. 5. Spoon the mixture over the pineapple and cherries in the prepared tin. Level the top. 6. Bake in the oven for 25-30mins until the cake is risen and golden brown 7. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10mins then carefully turn out onto a serving plate.
