Free From Explosives(FFE) Process • Treat as an explosive process • Risk assessment • Licensed site/building • In an area away from main explosives process area • Separate different types of item/pack/etc Isolated storage • Inspect all articles and packages • Thorough examination • Can FFE be stated with certainty? • Remove all HCC markings • Certificate states details of inspection • Inspector signs it • Copy attached to item • 2nd copy kept for 3 years
