  3. OUR NEED The following data sources indicate a lack of student engagement at a satisfactory level on a consistent basis: • JBHM WALK-THROUGHS • STAFF SURVEY • LEAP/ileap scores • Discipline data

  4. OUR FOCUS INCREASED STUDENT ENGAGEMENT WILL RESULT IN: • More time on task • Decrease in discipline problems • Improved test scores

  5. Plan of Action • Implementation of Whole-Brain Teaching Strategies School wide • On-going staff development • Peer modeling • Effective Use of technology • Development of a technology team comprised of lead teachers to facilitate the development of lessons • On-site Professional Development
