  6. People and Officials are Friendly • Like Hawaii people, friendly to and supportive of companies. • Now I am counsel to Wujin government

  7. Affordable Living • Middle size city • 1/3 cost comparing with Shanghai

  8. Textile starts, now five major industries • Alternative energies • New materials • Electronics • digitalized equipment manufacturing • Bio and medical equipment

  9. Friendly Investment Environment • 1994 and 2004, did two projects without being in the area • Approval process is quick
