Contract Strategy – a Two-Stage Approach • Long-term Competitive Contract • Full and open competition emphasizing qualified small businesses • Approximately 70 sites • Scheduled for award March 2012 • One base year with four one year options • Planning on three contracts, one per FAA Service Area
