Osiris Osiris When a client sends you a mail: • Investigate, see if you get same result • Gather as much information as possible: understand the problem, BvD ID, line number, version Osiris, formula items, source figures,… • Send only to one person in Brussels or cc multiple persons in the same mail • No direct contact with clients, unless really needed

  2. Osiris Osiris Financial data on Osiris: • IP’s are: WVB, Reuters, KIS, TSR • Updating done with priority lists • Quality control at IP and BvD • Weekly feed • Inclusion criteria: listed equity, financials needed; listed/delisted/private

Osiris Osiris Password override – bypass limited password validity problem: • Old DVD’s (non Neo): put a file that you name “update.xxx” in the user directory (for updates 71 until 76 an additional .dll file needed) • Neo version: provide us with the DVD version, password and new validity to date Next I’ll create and send you a file that you should copy in: C:\Program Files\Bureau van Dijk\OsirisNeo\Configuration Then relaunch the DVD.
