General specifications & KPIs • Defines the importance of selecting KPIs for decision making and defines the best process to collect them. • Includes an assessment of recommended KPIs for global management and reporting. i.e Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and corporate investors indexes, i.e DJSI. • Assesses the importance of external and internal verification processes. • Defines the importance of selecting environmental targets and asses their performance.
