  3. 成品庫存分析 1：APPPLE机种库存金额22,969K NTD:其中 FSD004-290H2*15.6K占1,617萬，因客人系统问题； 2：SHARP机种库存金额:26,285KNTD,有 2,527萬为提前生产FOR2月出货 (PVB001-880G*640 ，PVC002-880G*468 PVC004-880G*209) 3：HP机种库存金额:29,350KNTD,有1,645萬PCC013-020G2*31.6K備DSI

  4. 產值達交---人力需求 一電廠目前人力只能開線16條產線,目標開線27條產線,目前人力不足,需待人事補人,後續如有變動再依產銷需求做產線調整.

  5. BU1 材料+WIP庫存周轉—201401 ※ 2014月01月材料金額: 286,025KNTD ， 2013年12月材料金額: 185,758KNTD。 2014年1月 與 2013年12月相比較,材料金額增加： 100,267 KNTD。 ※ 主要原因說明： 為因應春節前後之物料供應及配合春節期間之加班生產,物管有提前進料入廠,增加金額如下： --電子料42,000KNTD(包含INFINEON統購策略移倉庫21,000KNTD，這部份4月前用完); --磁性類21,000KNTD; 機構類12,267KNTD; 小板25,000KNTD。預估會於3月之前消化完 。
