Genikon Ricerca automatica di Spot in nuclei interfasici Archivio Acquisizione immagini The image capture it’s performed by colour digital cameras using triple band pass filters or quadra, on automatic sequence along the z axe to identify all the structures located on different focal planes The “Spot Counting” module, because uses the same data base of Genikon Karyotype, it’s modular flexible and easy to control Image Gallery 3D Scanning All the structures, identified during the automatic scanning, will be memorized with the opportunity to be later relocated under the microscope with a simple click of the mouse The acquisition along the z axes gives the opportunity to identify spots which would be missed during the normal eyeball control under the microscope Nikon Digital cameras It’s available connection with digital cameras like DS5Mc, DXM1200, DS1QM
Genikon Type of analysis Statistical analysis At the end of the scanning, the system shows the number of identified nuclei as normal , abnormal and not classified, giving a % value The Genikon Spot counting module can analyze different type of samples just informing the system about the aberration type and the fluorochrome in use Modularity Genikon Spot counting it’s compatible with all the other Genikon software; on the same workstation it’s possible to perform Karyotype,Fish,CGH,Mfish and metaphase finding Analysis of the results At the end of the scanning , the user can analyze all the identified cells.
