  2. Hårda straff Disciplinen ombord var mycket sträng. Den som inte skötte sig hotades med hårda straff. En slagskämpe kunde få en kniv stucken genom handen mot stormasten. Den som klagade på maten sattes i bojor och fick vatten och bröd i flera dagar. Den som orsakade en eldsvåda kastades själv in i elden. Var man bara allmänt uppstudsig mot amiralen kunde straffet bli kölhalning.

  3. Trängsel Över 450 man skulle samsas på Vasa om hon seglat vidare.

  4. Det här är Gustav Vasa. Båten döptes efter honom.
