Multi Site Multi Organization Concept • Site wise concept for multiple sites implementation using a central server • Facility managers being able to view any location data quickly by selecting the location/Site on top • User privileges can be set defining the sites to be viewed and restricted to each every user and in each and every site.

Travel Requests Management • eFACiLiTY’s Travel Request system helps in streamlining the Travel planning and Travel booking for an individual member or group members In an organization. • The internet/intranet enabled Travel request system, with various level approval helps the organizations to enhances their travel operations. • Using Travel Request system, organization members can request for International/Domestic Flight booking, hotel booking, cab booking, and visa processing

Travel Requests • With the help of travel request form end user can register a travel request with the required services. • User priority options will be available for end user (employee) to select the priority of the request. • After completion of the registration Travel Request Registered” email will be triggered to requestor and Cc to travelers.

  8. Pending Approvals • Reporting Manager will approve the travel requests by users. • Reporting Manager will have the privilege to approve/reject the travel request by user. • After the approval, an email will be triggered to the service desk operator and the requestor.

  9. Service Fulfillment • Service desk operators will have the option to view pending requests responsible for their process or actions. • Service desk operator will update “Price”, “Tax”, “Status” and “Vendor” details against the Travelers request.

  10. Travel Requests Configuration • A new configuration screen will be provided to define the approver role. • Approver levels selected in the travel request shall view pending requests and provide their sequence approval levels • The Approver levels are defined as L1,L2, and L3 • L1,L2, and L3 user will be provided with the privileges to Approve/Reject the entire request.

  11. Travel register report • RM/Admin can download reports in multiple ways. • Multiple filters to download a report. • Using site filter option admin can download travel request reports site/location wise.

Pending Cost entries • Services that do not have costs will be displayed in “Pending cost entries” screen whereby the travel team can directly enter costs and save the entries directly from this page. • The service desk operators and TMS Admin role users will have the privilege to update the cost in the “Pending Cost Entries” screen.
