About FERPA and DIASA • You have the highest level of access to district data. Do not disclose student-level data to people who should not have access to such data. • If you need to use student-level data for training purposes, there is sample district data available. • The sample database can be accessed at: • Username: D99 • Password:emetric • When in doubt, use the sample database.
New to DIASA:Numbered Accommodations EED now collects data on the specific accommodations used on the day of testing DIASA, as part of the roster report, now allows districts to review the performance of students with specific accommodations
Finding Accommodations DataStep 1 – Selecting the right report From the main menu, select Roster Report, a year, a grade, and a school.
Finding Accommodations DataStep 2 – Filtering for the Population Once the roster report appears, select the desired population filter
Finding Accommodations DataStep 3 – Selecting the desired data Choose the Scores tab to limit the data to a certain subject area
Finding Accommodations DataStep 4 – Selecting the accommodation
Finding Accommodations DataStep 5 – Descending sort Click on the field and sort in descending order The sort will be displayed onscreen and all students with this accommodation will appear at the top
Finding Accommodations DataAlternate – View all accommodations Selecting all accommodations will allow a review of every accommodation each student used.
