Letter agreement • Establishes the obligations and rights of the network Member and the University • Provides a means of accession to the network programme • Sets out the levels of Membership • Determines the Funding and Benefits
Our Obligations Get the Kits – help you assemble and test Advise and support fund-raising to help you pay for the equipment and access to the Programme Provide on-going support to students and teachers, including materials, lectures and visits Encourage engagement with the wider network (competitions!) Help with maintenance of the equipment
Your Obligations • Choose the level of Membership (‘Gold’ is Best!) and pay the Fees • Provide a suitable secure site for the detectors and safe access, and services to support it, including insurance • Enthuse your students and engage them fully with the opportunity • Get Funding – work with the University if necessary
‘Boiler Plate’ • Access to Results • Warrantees and Liabilities • Termination mechanisms and obligations • ‘Force Majeure’ • Other bits and pieces and applicable Law.
