  3. The cost of color printing is already high enough without having some extra pages that you do not want printed by your printer. You can turn off the banner page if you want to cut your printing expense of operating a high volume, multifunctional copier that has a full control panel. Else you can also choose to disable banner from your PC. Both of the methods are described in the blog below:

Disabling the banners from the copier: 01 Turn on your Xerox printer and tap the Log in/ out button on its control panel. 02 Enter the user ID and the password. 03 After pressing the Status Button from the control panel, go to the Tools tab on the touch screen. 04 Press the Settings Button on the control panel and then select the ‘Print service’ settings from the group section.

  5. 05 Choose the option for Other settings in the Features menu. 06 Press the Banner Sheet button and then go to Change settings. 07 Click on Off and then click on Save and Close buttons. 08 Press the log/out button for confirmation that you want to log out.

  6. Disabling the banners from the PC: 01 After turning on your PC, open the control panel. Go to Hardware and sound and then go to Printers. 02 Give a right click on the Xerox work center icon and then go to its Properties. 03 Go to Installable options and then to Advanced. 04

  7. Disabling the banners from the PC: 05 Click on the Printing Defaults and then on the Configuration tab. Open the Finisher/output tray menu and then click on Professional finisher. 06 Press the OK button and then go to advanced. 07 Click on Paper/ Output and then press the OK button. 08

  8. 09 Go to the banner sheet menu and then click on the Off button.
