  2. Development proposal for heritage home in West Vancouver The District of West Vancouver has received a Preliminary Development Proposal for developing 5768 Larson Avenue through a Heritage Revitalization Agreement. The property is known as the Stewart-Lough House.

  3. The proposal includes subdividing the property into two lots and building an infill house to incentivize the conservation and legal protection of the existing heritage house. The council will consider a Heritage Designation Bylaw, which would provide for the ongoing legal protection of the heritage resource.
