Civil Service • Pre-application customer-oriented information service: Based on: know-how of legal experts, extensive literature, internal and external database • Search report integral part of the registration procedure: Timely information on existing registered earlier rights before registration • Thorough examination procedure Examination on absolute grounds + check of list of goods and services • Priority-oriented registration procedure Average length of registration procedure (positive examination): 9 -10 weeks • Accelerated registration procedure on demand (e.g. if a pre-application similarity search has already been made)
