  2. A user can save the sign in details for certain websites using Norton Identity Safe web on the system. Many banking sites use two webpage for complete Sign In process. The first webpages is where the user is asked to enter the username, and the second webpage is where the password is to be entered to complete the Login Form. Such websites are called as split page login-based websites.  • To fix the autofill issues, follow the given steps:  • Configure Identity Safe for a split page login  • Turn on your computer and connect it to the internet.  • Open a web browser of your choice and navigate to the website for which you wish to save the Sign In details.  • If the Vault is closed and not opened then you have to click on “Vault is closed” option on the web browser.

When it is done, enter the password in the Vault Closed window and click Open button.  • Afterward, enter the Sign In details for the website in the required field and select Login or Sign In button.  • Manual method to add login details for split page login  • Turn on your computer and open the Norton software to start the process.  • Locate Identify option on the main page of the Norton screen.

Click twice on the Identity and then select Identity Safe option.  • When you see Vault Closed Window on the screen, enter the password and then click Open button.  • On the top of the Norton window, find the button named as New Login and click on it.  • Now, enter a Title for the website on the Create Login window.  • In the Login URL text box, enter the website address or just copy and paste it in the box.  • Provide the username in the required box and then the password for your website.  • Click Save to apply the changes and finally, click Close button.
