The Remanufacturing Process • After arrival the machine is inventoried and photographed before the disassembly and cleaning of the machine begins.
After disassembly all components of the locking unit are inspected to ensure proper tolerances are kept in accordance with OEM specifications.New pins,bushings,lubrication, and resurfacing of platens is done prior to the reassembly process.
After assembly and testing of clearances and functionality of all components( hydraulics, electrical, mechanical) the locking unit is ready for exchange or to be used with completed lower unit.
The base unit is stripped clean and flushed before reassembly is started • Manifolds are flushed, reground, and reinstalled with new OEM valves and switches • All new plumbing, hydraulics, and electrical
Controls can be from upgraded OEM to specialized customer requested components
After finished assembly the machine is runoff and tested prior to painting and delivery to the customer.
